Jeff saved the day! I was originally trying to order a ring from Zales where after 2 months of them ordering the wrong size and treating us like crap, I popped in to Rogers & Hollands Jewelers. Jeff helped me pick out an amazing ring, and had it in his store in just 2 days! It fit perfect, got it an amazing price and an amazing warranty.
The manager was extremely nice, but we kept having issues within our 30 days. The first day after picking up our rings, there was already a diamond missing out of the wedding band, that hadn't even been out of the box. Two weeks later the engagement ring was missing a diamond. The assistant was very rude and uncooperative. We returned the rings, and will not be purchasing from the store again.

We stopped by the store on our way to zales because their selection of men's bands caught my eye, I was greeted by Sharon from the sales staff and she was more than happy to let me look at a few different styles. I really liked one ring in particular, but I thought it was way out of my budget, she immediately got the manager Jeff involved and and he explained to us that he could knock close to 700 off of the price. Great, I thought but the price was still quite a bit more than I was looking to spend. He then explained their financing option which is way different than any other jeweler I've been to. Instead of putting the ring on a store charge card and getting killed by the insane interest rates, they actually have a loan. I still wasn't completely sold as I still wanted to check out zales black Friday sale, so I said I would hold off. Long story short I ended up right back over and Sharon and Jeff got the deal done! I absolutely love my one of a kind ring and I feel absolutely confident that I'll be returning again. Their selection of diamonds is exquisite compared to the other stores and the designs are absolutely gorgeous! Sorry for the long read, but I've never had a better experience at any jewelry store than I had today! Thank you Sharon and Jeff for the amazing hospitality!
(This review applies to the Franklin Park store) I purchased a jewelry piece for my wife for Christmas. The staff was very helpful in the design and the selection of the stones and setting. My great thanks to Ruth for her help. The finished piece was beautiful and delivered on-time (just before Christmas!!). My experience with the staff was first rate. Will shop here again.
