Few months back my watch had a dead battery and I asked them to replace it, the guy said it would take 40 minutes and cost $25, and when I returned after an hour he said he had changed the battery but there is a motion problem with the motor and it would at least cost me $85 that their so-called expert takes a look at that few days later and it might even be more expensive. I thought that it was not worth of the money and asked him to take the new battery out and return the watch to me. He said there was no need for that and I could keep the new battery for free!!! So I was so happy that he gave that new battery and gave up $25. Few days later my father took my watch to another store and they said the battery was dead and they changed it for few bucks. The Fixology guy had not even opened the watch and lied to me about replacing the battery and motor problem. They are very dishonest and opportunist. I will never return and ask my friends not to go there either. Something very similar had happened to my colleague as well. AVOID...
Need your phone repaired? Collect as many quarters as possible!!! You will definitely have to use public phones for a while, since you won't get your phone back for 1 month! Oh, and make sure you're happy to pay at least double price , if not triple. Otherwise, the staff will treat you terribly as if we live in prehistory age. I think the manager has trained every single person over there to be very rude! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
