Horrible customer service. Sales man was rude and had no interest in helping me. I will never use this jewelry store again
I did not purchase anything at this store but wanted to Thank the staff at J. Foster . I was going from Jewler to Jewlery store in the mall with my daughter. Looking for specific item for my wife. At some point thought I set my phone down on in one of the stores. The saleswoman at J Foster took the time to loan us a charger to charge my daughter's phone ( and offer use of a laptop) so I could use locater to find it, even though we came back in with a bag from another Jewler. Even though I didn't make a purchase, J Foster will be there first place I will shop in the Future. Thank you for being genuinely caring and helpful. Great (potential); customer service. BTW. Found my phone in the car
