Had a ring sized, then two weeks later the pearl fell off. Took it back and they gave me a attitude about how sizing pearl rings is a bad idea. They could have told me that before they took my money. Then replaced the pearl with an off color one that didn't match the necklace. Extremely disappointed.
I had a chain fixed ad you would never know it was broken.
