Great people, took good care of me, but they didn't tell me how long it was going to be before I set up my appointment and I ended up being there for hours
Thanks to Danny who helped me with my remote car starter. I drained my battery and lost use of remote car starter. He had the knowledge and know how to fix it in just one minute and at no charge! Highly recommend Danny at TAS!
This is my first review and this my third car to get a remote starter from this place. They found that the old owner left a part to use and they saved me 200$ and made my day :)
Made an appointment to drop off car 3 days before. Dropped car off 09:15 with the understanding it would /should be done by 3:30. Explained to them I would not have a ride to pick vehicle up after 4:00. Called and asked if it was close to being done at 3:45. Was told it wouldn't be done till 7 pm. Called back an asked if they had even started on car, "they're pulling it in now , should be done in an hour and half! Told them don't touch it. When I picked it up it was sitting outside in the exact spot I had parked it in 8 hrs earlier? NEVER AGAIN! No explanation, no apology. UPDATE: received a phone call from Bryan the Manager. He apologized for the mix up and / or the lack of communication that led up to the situation described above. He offered to make it right and scheduled another appointment. True to his word car was finished on time and also included some additional work. Very happy with end results. JRC
