This is the 2nd time we have been here to start/upgrade phones for our at&t cellular service. The employees here are excellent, always providing great insight into the products and our options available. Very professional.
The sales rep in the computer department was extremely helpful. He listened to what we thought we wanted in a laptop and then directed us to the products that he thought would best fit our needs. He didn't push the most expensive computer, but rather the one that best fit the bill. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He let us spend as much time as we needed looking at computers and answered any questions we had.
Shop Amazon or any other online outlet. Best Buy has lost more than its appeal; it has lost the ability to retain customers. If it was not for the company extended credit line, this is the last place I would spend my time and money.
The staff is helpful. Didn't have what I was looking for in the store, but it was online. I was interested in an item that was somewhat outdated.
Always love Best Buy for the price and selection, especially on electronics, but there are too few people working the checkouts. I usually order online, and then just stop by the service counter. Much easier. Another note. ALWAYS have a smartphone or printout of the prices that you saw online. Almost every time I go they try to charge the FULL price until you show hem their online prices.
