The people who work at the Franklin Park store in Toledo, Ohio are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The problem I was having with my iPad was handled professionally and I was happy with the outcome. The atmosphere was very upbeat, as they were holding a technology camp for kids!

I walked in to purchase a $2500 MacBook Pro. I asked the worker, “ I had heard that the latest MacBook Pro had some issues with faulty keyboards. Have you heard of this?” He boiled it down to a large production volume and that he never heard of it. Within two weeks my keyboard give out. When they returned my MacBook to exchange it for a new one, they shorted me $53. After waiting on the phone for an hour with customer support, I was told that I had to stop in the store to receive the rest of my refund. The manager said he would make it worth my while. When I returned, I was given a laptop case that retailed for $50. I explained that I didn’t really need a laptop case and with the same $50 I would much rather just have a gift card instead. It was explained to me that they often give laptop cases to customers because they can be marked down very easily to almost 0 dollars. So basically, no net loss in profit and a half assed gift of plastic.

A couple of months ago, I purchased a mophie phone case for $180. When the case was defective I wanted a refund. However, the worker that I bought it from misspelled my name and sent the receipt to a completely different email. The store manager told the worker that there was no way I could get a refund unless I had a receipt. I had to prompt the store worker to look me up by a miss spelling of my last name and voilà! There I was.

Maybe I just do more at my job, but even after close, I would be more than happy to help a customer, let alone one that has made an $850 purchase that just needed to show their ID to get their bag. Not very impressed. The manager will be hearing about this. I’m a patient dude but this is very irritating.

Very nice employees. Very quick in getting my beatsX sent in for replacement

When my old phone was waterlogged and I logged into my iCloud account on my new phone, most of my contacts did not sync over. My account was definitely logged in on the old phone with a backup from earlier that day. After waiting 25 minutes for a free worker, the worker spent two minutes to tell me his name, that he didn’t know why my contacts weren’t syncing over, and there’s nothing he could do for me. I was dumbfounded.

If you try to phone, you will NOT speak to the store. You are put on the endless belt of automated, robot-managed re-directs. This can go on for an hour, if you're either extraordinarily patient or extremely foolish. Pointless either way. The only thing worse is the traffic in the area around the mall.

Alright i try to withhold negative reviews as much as I can, but the store really needs to step up their game. (If you don’t want to read my novel, i have had a wonderful experience talking with support over the phone and on live chat. Avoid the store unless you really want to track their every move).

Today, I purchased two Apple watches. I knew that they would be stressed because I have worked in fast food and could only imagine the horrors of retail. I always appreciated it when customers use the mobile app but the next best thing i could do with Apple was to call in an order. So, I placed my $850 order over the phone but when I arrived it was still not ready. The employee said to find him or another employee and they would check the back to see if it was ready. At 10:06pm on Black Friday (yes, six minutes after close) I yelled through the glass door that my order was already purchased and waiting in the back. The employee told me that there was nothing that they would do with a “sorry” (lol for what?)

You have people working there standing around while I'm told to stand around and wait for someone to help me. How about that person. Nope he can't help you. How about her. Nope she cant help you. How the hell does this place get returning customers? According to their reviews I guess they don't. People standing around looking at each other. Do you want my business? Apparently not.
