Last week I tried to sign up for T-Mobile service online via a deal offered by my employer. Through a series of screwups and delays on their end, coupled with an unhelpful, difficult-to-reach account representative, I was stuck without a working phone, due to the fact that they tried to port my number over from my previous carrier without mailing me my SIM card.
The representative will very personable and accessorized himself with an easy smile. I was in and out in no time. It was my first visit to that location. It will be my regular Tmobile store.
I was about to give up on T-Mobile, but I decided to visit the retail store just to see if there was anything they could do to help. I explained my situation to the representative, and she said "no problem". 10 minutes later, I was walking out the door with a SIM card and an activated phone.
She just saved T-Mobile a customer. Hats off to the employees here for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I was there for a phone exchange pick up. While one guy was looking for my phone the other employee was listening to music on his beat headphone.
