Customer service is non-existent. Only visit this location because of the inexpensive service.
It's 100% better than Verizon ever thought of being the people are courteous the women working there are beautiful and they give a great deal
My review relates only to the Sprint Holland-Sylvania store. Since we brought our provider business to Sprint last year, I've had occasion to visit this store three separate times, including today.
This store is amazing the customer service is the best in Toledo. Dwain is the man if he can't fix your phone it's not fixable! Just a great time and made my purchase enjoyable!
The cs techs were more than accommodating. I tried coming in over the weekend but, with only four regular employees and a busy outlet, I opted to put off my visit until Monday morning (good decision). Both Mike and David were on duty; I dealt with David, who could not have been more helpful. My problems are primarily due to my extremely low tech savvy; David's patience was considerable. What I feared were major concerns apparently were a series of minor snafus. David took care of them all. I was in the store for over an hour. However, much of that was a matter of download time and socializing (aside from several customers who were in and quickly out, I was the solitary customer for any length of time.
I had the pleasure of coming into this location after being turned away from the Airport Highway location. I worked with Zach who was beyond helpful! Sat my wife and myself down and gave us rate plans and got us in to 2 new LG devices which we love! The staff at this location was helpful, kind, and made the whole experience and enjoyable one! I will be bringing all of my business to this store and recommend you do too! Cheers!
I am still none too thrilled with Sprint or some of their products, but dealing with the regulars at this store removes much of the sting from the anticipatory ugly visit. Note to purchasing agent: this store, while clean and neat, is in dire need of new waiting chairs for customers.
