I order sunglasses and about 4 t-shirts. I got the pair of sunglasses in a cardboard box with 1 of the t-shirts I ordered, the box was way too big for the two items and my sunglasses were just thrown in the box. There was no bubble wrap or anything to stop them from moving around in the box. When I got them there was one piece broke off them and they were scratched. This is not the first time that I have order things online from zumiez and had to take them to a store to replace them! It's also not the first time I've gotten necklaces and delicate things that were carelessly put into a box and were broken when I got them!

I came in looking for a champion t shirt and was not greeted at all. When I wanted to view the shirt it was on a top shelf so my friend jumped up to grab it since no workers were talking to us and we were very rudely told to not do that and the worker made a snarky comment that it is up there for a reason. So I decided I would buy a champion shirt somewhere else because I will not take disrespect so my friend sat it down while the worker was watching us and we left the store. When we left the store the worker rudely ran out and asked us where we put the shirt even though she had obviously watched us set it down.
Employees were running through the store yelling rape as a joke. Rape is not a joke. That was so extremely ignorant. I used to love that store but there is no chance that I am ever going back if that's how their employees act.
