it never clean......everybody seem like they hated working there.............love old navy store....but not the two in Toledo Ohio store... I will visit one out town before I step foot in both of them stores..... sorry but get together old navy stores in Toledo Ohio
Not crazy about their selection, but that is not my complain. My issue is I did not appreciate when an employee whisper to another employee that your wife is a "b****". There's no reason for that during operating hours while in other customers in cluding my wife can hear you. If you want to gossip about something that happened years ago do it during break or after work.

I wish they had a broader selection. Also the cash coupon is a joke. I spent the money to get $20 cash only be told at checkout that I didn't spend enough money to use my coupon.
