Stopped in last night looking for a pair or two of jeans. Was greeted by Amanda, Store Manager, and she helped with find a few pair of jeans that fit. She and the whole staff went way out of way trying to find one pair of jeans for me that needed to be ordered as the pair in the store had a stain. After a short bit and no luck finding the pair online to order I picked another pair to order and they shipped them out Free of charge for my wait. I will for sure be back to the Toledo Buckle for more shopping and great help!
Very unprofessional from the Manager down to the employees will never shop there again and will let everyone I know to do the same. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store and have been treated really crappy the last time we were there so this store will be losing a lot of business from not only us but, all of our family and friends
