I went in today with my two boys to return a shirt that had a hole in it. I approached the counter that had two girls working it (no customers...other counter was super busy at the time) they were having a personal discussion about a guy that one of them knew or was dating. I asked if they could do a return. One was wearing a ball cap the other had brown mid length hair. The one with brown hair rudely and loudly (basically yelled at me, which later my son asked why she yelled at me) and said "um I'm training here but you can head right over there" and pointed to the other side of the store. To me a return would be the perfect opportunity for training. The only reason I give two stars is the guy that helped me out was super nice and sweet and apologized (a lot) and didn't seem surprised of his co-workers attitude. I have been in c/s and retail for 10+ years never in my life would I dismiss a customer like that. I was in at about 5-6 pm.
Love this place
I've been shopping at this store for years. It's one of the only stores that has clothes that actually fit me. I like the layout and the cleanliness of the store but this location in particular has horrible customer service. It's really too bad because I would shop here more if it weren't for the employees acting like it's an inconvenience to help you at the check out.
Great store and clothes but AWFUL customer service. Most of the time I walk in, specifically the men's section, the employees ignore you, act like you don't exist, or act like they don't work there. The dressing rooms are also awkward because you're supposed to have someone assign you a dressing room but there seems to almost never be anyone at the desk. It doesn't seem like they are short staffed or anything, but why do so many people work there if they are so unhelpful?
