Had a full deck order and had to get some assistance. The guy said he couldn't get the other guy to unload some lumber off the shelf with the fork. He told him on the radio for us to do it by hand. He helped me load a few pieces off my list and left seeing that we had a bunch more to get. After purchasing they stood around while we checked out not offering any help loading my truck. The wife and I did it, bags of concrete and all. No wonder the store was bare with people. Cashier was nice and one other worker was pleasant in passing. I started to leverage and just go to Lowe's. Next time I'll give Lowe's a chance.

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life at this location. My father and I showed up to buy a floor model fridge. It took 45 minutes for someone to come help in the appliances department. I asked the cashier for someone and she state, " Well the person that normally works that department isn't here today so I don't know what your going to do." Upon speaking with the manager at this point, She rounded up a group of employees to help to get the process moving. After paying for the fridge, it was wrapped up and wheeled out to our truck. We asked how they were going to get it in the truck, and they all said two ramps and a dolly. I asked why they couldn't strap it on a pallet, and use a forklift only to hear that was not an option. After strapping it to a dolly, my father and I watched in aw as to how this was going to unfold. One of the employees turns around and says to us, "Well aren't you going to help us load this thing, its heavy as hell?" We both responded in shock and stated that we were not going to be dealt with this way. "After speaking again to the manager, and getting no where we left. I couldn't believe how these employees treated us and the customer service was pathetic. Never going to this store again!

Picked up a 94lb Portland bag of cement and got home, found out more than half was rock and took pictures. So came back to the store to report the bad product. To “handle” the “issue” Tyler was called, Tyler the genius, refused to even egknowledge my existence and insisted to bring in an opened bag of cement into the store in my sedan. This experience made me and my family never to shop at Home Depot ever again. All in all my experience can be described by bad, lousy, to say the least. I’ve also decided to cut my card in half and my wife’s cards and close the accounts with Home Depot

Love this place very friendly and very helpful. They will help you find what you are looking for even if they may not know.

Their Employees were very personable, charismatic and helpful to my Mother, whom is 78. For some reason, she felt more confident about her purchases. Prior to my coming with her, she had made purchases she was not sure about, so her refund was in the form of a "Store Gift Card", which I did not understand so I went with her. How she was treated, or what transpired before her insisting on my presence I cannot say with any degree of certainty. What I do know is that Women, Senior Citizens may need a different approach to consulting with them and getting a "Better Picture" of what they really need to complete their Home and Garden Project's! The Lady from the Lawn and Garden Area was very, very helpful to us as she led us to the very Best Deal on a high quality, 100' Garden Hose for about $19.94, which was actually .05 cent's cheaper than a hose I recently purchased for her from a Competitor. My only suggestion would be for Management to take a different sales approach to Senior Citizens,as I am very sure that many of them would like to feel comfortable that their Mother's or Father's would appreciate the extra attention that they may sometimes need.
