So Fred Pro Hardware just lost a loyal customer... over $35.00.
Took a snowblower and a blower in there for service and tune up. I was called about my blower and was told it is over 10 years old they just pulled the cord once and said they did not open it because it was not worth fixing. I understand that, but I paid $35.00 for the blower and $35.00 for the snowblower to just get checked out for a total of $70.00 for the pair. So when I went to pick up the snowblower I told them since the blower was junk and they really did not do any diagnosis to it they should credit the $35.00 for the blower to the cost of the snowblower. They refused to do it and said they still consider it has a diagnosis even thought they did not do anything except pull the cord once.
They are rip off prices are sky high bought vise grips small ones $16.00 end up not needing them did not open themand they would not take them back and the old guys was rude about it I would give them -star if I could
