Did a complete home remodel in 2017. Our contractor wanted us to go through Carter lumber and we didn’t have a problem with it. Everything went ok until our garage doors were installed. The measurements were rounded up to a standard size which doesn’t fit our opening. Called carter lumber immediately and told them what the problem was. Dave our salesman said he would contact Haas garage doors and come up with a solution. A few days later the solution came in. All we had to do was spend another 500$ per door and they would make us a custom size bottom panel. Hard to believe that carter lumber and haas door, a couple of million dollar companies would expect me to fix the problem. Doors were installed in early September and still an ongoing problem.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff...but very busy.
