We asked for hot sandwiches and they were barely warm as usual. The time taken to complete the order was lengthy. The bathrooms were extremely cold in the tables are dirty. We purchased dessert pie we had to ask for a plastic fork or spoon which should have been included with the purchase.
Felt like they were following me around like i was guna steal or they thought my wife ws hot wich she is very attractive lol

Zero stars. ZERO. Not one. ZERO. Worst customer service EVER. Employees are clueless and incompetent. The store manager sucks. Been trying to get a simple cabinet order straight for 3 weeks now. It's still not right and we still do not have our cabinets that we have already paid for!! Our order was sold to other customers, our order that we already paid for!! All because an employee didn't do their simple job of pulling our paid for cabinets and setting them aside until our "special order" cabinets came in. Which we still don't have. And nobody knows where they are and when we will get them!! Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the original day we went in to place our order, we were told the "cabinet guy" doesn't come in until 2 pm. It was 11am. On a holiday weekend. With a sale that ended in a couple days. Other customers were walking out because of this. And not even a simple apology from the manager. He just says "Yeah, we are working on it." Whatever that means. I will NEVER shop here again. You absolutely suck Alexis Rd. Toledo Lowes!!
