Employee Rachel was very rude not helpful with anything we had a question I even asked for a price check she said she cannt do that I asked her where were a brand of cosmetics were she said she isn't sure never stepping a foot in there again
The selection of products is quite good, and the make up artists (Kristen in particular) are excellent.
I buy a lot of beauty items at Ulta. When you get on their mailing list you will get a catalog in the mail with percentage off or $3.50 off if you spend $15.
Poor customer service.
If you are going to a Halloween party as a clown, then having them do your makeup is the place to go
