This hair salon current staff is the rudest and most unfriendly stylists ever. I have had a very pleasant experience with the previous stylists and staff but the current staff (May 2016) does a horrible job as well. I don't normally take the time to write reviews let alone negative reviews but after my experience from few weeks ago I couldn't just let it slip. Very terrible ladies and unfortunately I don't have their names. One of them told me they can't take me in even though I have already scheduled an appointment hours ago and was early to my appointment time. She added I have lot of hair and they wont be able to do it for me. I have a thick hair haven't had a problem any where including this same place with previous staff. One of the stylist (Although not sure what her name is - Probably Sara) barely touched my head even though I asked so many times to wash my hair and scalp thoroughly. Unfortunately I paid close to 60 dollars and had to wash that hair as soon as I got home that same day because she didn't wash it properly. I will NEVER EVER GO their again until they change stylists and Will NOT recommend this place because it is a RIPOFF!!!

p.s I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't post my review with out giving it at least one star. But It doesn't deserve a STAR at all!!!
Kayla lied to me and said crochet braids were 65.00 to do, by the next week I called to mske sure, she gives the phone to her manager which said with a smart mouth that it is $100. Money is not the issue. The issue is Kayla telling me one thing and wasn't woman enough to tell me the real thing. She lost a client, and I tip well. Oh well!!!
