Cut my hair too short when I asked them specifically not too. Pushed product I did not care about nor want. All I wanted was a trim up and ended up with an overpriced scalp.
Absolute worst hair cut I've ever had, the woman (an older woman didn't get her name?) made a mistake in which I had asked her to correct. She huffed and puffed acted as if she was gonna fix it and left a huge gap between my layers. All the while she made it clear she was in a hurry. Please don't cut hair if u lack patience and skill!
