My dog Spencer is 14 yes old and always had skin problems and prone to ear infections and Dr. Susan is the only vet who realized he has bad allergies, and is allergic to fleas. I have always treated my pets for fleas but didn't know it had to be done often because even if one flea gets on him it affects him. My boy is living out probably his last days and this clinic and Dr. Susan has known exactly what meds and shampoos he has needed and its wonderful to see them.keeping my dog as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this vet to everyone! Thank you.
I am beyond disgusted with the service at this establishment. It is beyond overpriced, if you have a 4pm appointment you be lucky to be out of there by 6:00. I paid $120 for two vaccines for my dog. BOTH OF WHICH WERE OPTIONAL VACCINES. No veterinarian even told me what they were giving my dog, and he had very negative side effects from the shots given to him. One of which was a LEPTOSPIROSIS vaccine (a disease caused by a dig drinking wildlife urine). Staff members act holier than thou, and a secretary was beyond rude to me because i asked for my dogs shot records so he could be treated elsewhere. These people are pretentious, overpriced, and stick vaccines into your dogs that are completely optional without telling you. $120, a vaccine that will not even help my animal, and my dog screamed in pain all night long. You will never get any service from me ever again
I took our dog Rollo, we moved her last year and hadn't established with a new vet. I am very happy with the way they treated him. They were very welcoming and even worked with me on a timeline to get him caught up in his shots. I would definitely recommend them!
The staff is incredibly friendly and super respectful. They were so sweet to both of my kitties both times we took them. Would recommend this place to everyone!
It's a nice refreshing change from other vets I've dealt with. Dr. Sieben and staff are very accommodating and don't mind double checking their findings to make sure it is indeed the best possible solution for your forever friend. Nothing but positive times spent here. Reasonable prices and they will work with you to get what you need.
