I am not big shopping fan, but when I do head to the store I hope to have my experience made easier by good customer service. Today I stopped into Underground by Journeys at Franklin Park Mall with my daughter. We had intended on just checking on the shoe selection really quick then leaving ASAP. We were greeted by an associate named Jimmy. He was not pushy, just super helpful and friendly. He offered to measure my daughters foot before she tried on a pair of shoes. During our visit he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. My daughter did end up finding a pair of shoes that she is extremely happy with.
It's obvious to me that Jimmy really enjoys his job and helping people!
While we we checking out, more customers entered the store and he made sure to greet them, but never made us feel like he wasn't paying attention to our interaction.
