We were both so very impressed with this extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous young lady, who seemed to be managing the store quite confidently all by herself. You know, I see such a lack of disrespect and courteously in the young adults of today, that it was so refreshing and encouraging to have had such a great transaction with this beautiful young woman.

Brought plenty shoes from Payless for myself and grandchildren always 100% satisfied
Recently visited this location with my sister-in-law for shoes for a wedding she is attending. As soon as I walked in the door, the sales person, who was helping a customer, immediately acknowledged my entry and welcomed me. She was extremely helpful with showing and pulling shoes for my sister-in-law until finally the perfect pair was found, but a bit too small. The sales person called to see if another store had the shoe in the size needed. After finding the shoe, she also volunteered to order the shoe so it could be picked up at this store, which was agreed to order the shoe.
Small shoe shop. Not a bad nor giant selection.
