Foot Locker has nothing on them! Better prices! Better merchandise better merchandise! And hands down better service!
I like that the employees don't jump you as soon as you walk through the door so that you can look around. The place seems lively with a young staff that more than likely wear the items you are looking for and would be able to assist you if need arises.
The children working at this store have NO DIRECTION! The manager is clueless. NO ONE greeted me even though they had at least 8 people staffed. I had to find someone to get the right shoe size, then when I asked for help, he rolled his eyes like I was inconveniencing him. When he did FINALLY emerge out of the store room, he brought his size shoe, not my sons size. He never helped measure his foot or anything. I asked for a size ten or ten and a half. I got a size 13, 11 and FINALLY a size ten!!! Woot woot! This is stupid. The size 10 (which we asked for first) was later upon arrival only because there were a few girls flirting with him. I work in customer service as a manager and would fire ALL OF YOUR STAFF ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! Then when I TIRED to complain to the manager on staff (who is a joke, completely clueless) he listened to one line and ran away.) The part I forgot is I was in the line for the register and waiting and waiting some more while the cashier talked to her friends. Even stopped ringing out the lady in front of me because her friend walked up to talk to her. Finally, I hit gold. My turn at the register! I asked about the socks behind the counter, now mind you she asked, what size are we holding for you? I said a size ten. Can we get the red and blacks right there? (I was pointing) she looked at my son. What size do you wear? She asked that. Clueless. She had his shoes in her hand. Maybe you should send your staff down to footlocker to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. Ridiculous that you have staff and NO ONE IS WORKING!
Nobody running this store. The kids working there have no intrest in helping you even when you ask for it. I stood around watchin 4-5 employees standing around talking about their weekend party's and flirting with each other for 15 minutes before having to interrupt the employees chat to ask which days they sell shoes because obviously they don't sell them on Sundays. Or maybe because i was not of same color skin as ALL their employees prevented my service. But because of this, that franchise will never receive a dime from me.
Prices aren't too bad just depends on what you are looking for that day. I give the place a thumbs up
