Got an estimate yesterday for a new roof on a 1100 sq/ft ranch home. They wanted over $12K and that was with a 15% discount. Over priced for sure.
I had both my windows and my roof replaced by Procraft Home Products. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. My house looks great and I am saving on my monthly energy bills due to my replacement windows. I give this company a 5 star rating.
Summary: Five stars for Ed (the owner or manager), two stars for the care that the crew took while doing the job.
Awesome products and great installers
Ed was very accommodating and willing to move around the schedule to fit in an extreme circumstance we had, and get the job done in a single day. However, the crew seemed to care very little. I understand accidents (like the broken bushes) are inevitable, and hard to prevent all of the time. But on top of things like the above, there was roof tar splattered all over the garage door, siding of the house, and the ac unit. After I mentioned this to Ed about a week after the job, he sent someone out to take care of it, which resulted in the black splatters turning into permanent dark stains (see attached pictures). Also, at one point when I went to the house during the job, one of the crewman was sitting on the truck smoking marijuana. Very unprofessional to do it in the owner's driveway. The crew needs a better project manager.
I had my roof replaced by Procraft Home Products on March 2, 2012. My home looks totally revamped. The change was amazing. I was impressed how quick they got my new roof on in one day. Not one bush, tree, or even the new flowers that were popping up got destroyed, and their clean up was very thorough. This work they performed added value and beauty to my home. I am having them back in May to install new gutters to my home. I would highly recommend Procraft Home Products.
