In May of this year, Mr. John Fox and I sat around my kitchen table and discussed a Sunroom Addition to my home. To say the experience was great would be an understatement. From the planning stage through the construction to the completion of the room I had not one complaint. Mr. Fox listens, is attentive and is on site throughout the process. I am more than happy with the quality of materials, workmanship, professionalism of the tradesmen who worked on the project and the cleanliness of the jobsite throughout the process. My boyfriend and I are looking to replace siding on our whole house and went to the showroom on a Friday to look around, as is suggested to do on their website. Not only did they not show us around they acted very uninterested in helping us but a man took down our information to come out and check out our home the next day at 10am. The guy showed up 45mins late with out a phone call just to tell us what we want isn't something they do - even though we went over it and showed him pictures of the house now and what we want done to it yesterday. SO unprofessional and frustrating.
I will have to hire an attorney. What a Mess.
These guys are pros. Over 85 years in business and locally owned. They completely removed and installed new siding on my house in two days! They came with about ten workers, with over 120 years of experience, and did a fantastic job. Jim Rose even picked out a special order color of siding that was PERFECT for my house.
