Started out pleased, but was short lived. Didn't appreciate being blamed for worker incompetence.
I give Greenworks remodeling 2 stars because I had more issues than satisfaction with them. Here are my reasons. People were nice and helpful but I didn't feel like they are for the customer and met my expectations. I've had windows done in the past by a different company just paid a little more. I thought I would go with a different company to see how they were. They had 2 people come out and measure for windows to make sure they had the right size. They put the front window in to my house then moved on to my sons room and took the old windows out. They broke one of the old windows when removing which was no big deal at the time but when they brought the new windows in they said that someone had messed up on the measurements and put the sizes in to the wrong width and height box that they was suppose to be rotated. I had to call they company to let them know the situation and they said they would put an express order on them which could take up to 2 weeks. I get home from the day they installed the front window and backed into my driveway like I always do and one of their workers dropped a full tube of caulk on the driveway and I ran it over and it was all over my rims and tires. So I had to call the company back and let them know about the situation and had some positive feedback from them. Walked into the house and went into my sons room and saw that they had glue shut one of the old windows so it was nonoperational and the 2nd on in my sons room they had to put a peice of plywood to replace the window because they had broke the 2nd old window. For 2 weeks my sons room was like that and it is what you would think would not be up to code because of potential fire reasons, if there was a fire what can I do? I would have to bust the the one window or kick out the plywood. 2 weeks later we had Greenworks come back out to finish the installment of our windows for our sons room and they must of came unprepair because one of the workers asked my wife because I wasn't home, if they could barrow MY 6 foot ladder to do their job. Which I think is unprofessional because if they was to fall off the ladder they were barrow at my house because the ladder was faulty I could of been sued. I had my wife call Greenworks because I was at work to ask for a discount because we have been having so many issues with them. They basically said no. Ask far as I am concern I WILL NOT BE USING GREENWORKS REMODLING EVER AGAIN BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. Hopefully no one else runs into issues with this company.
