This location just opened up 2 weeks ago it gets very packed if you don't show up in the very beginning the staff is very friendly you can order and pick up upon arrival not to mention I highly suggest calling in and picking up a seat if you can I sat down with the owner and he bought me a beer he's a very friendly gentleman thank you for my wonderful experience hopefully I'll be back. They said I was their best customer since opening..
All in all, it far exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend this location.
I give this place a zero , the waitress was nice but we waited over a hour for our food when people who had just sat down got their food... the manager was not accommodating nor was anyone there...need Better service and accommodations..only gave it a star because I couldn’t make a review without a star rating
Let me say first, Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants, but This visit was really bad. Food took way to long, over an hour, and then wasn't right and had to be redone. Waitress was really good, but kitchen was terribly slow and somehow lost half of the group's meal ticket. Half of our group waited an hour for food, the other half, who ordered 10 min before had to wait another half hour longer....
Our server was the best. He was on top of keeping drinks refilled, almost never walked by without asking how we were doing, and managed to be super fast and efficient, didn't rush is at all, and still found time to chat with us a bit. Kirk was awesome.
I called ahead by about 10-15 minutes on a Friday night before Christmas and expected to have a long wait, but was seated very quickly. They remembered that my daughter needed a booster seat, and brought it immediately.
The food was great, both my steak and my wife's chicken tenders. She raved about how good the chicken was and how it was so tender, which she almost never does. My daughter loves the rolls and peanuts, so we didn't get her a kids meal.
Unfortunate! This location on Secore road in Toledo has only been open a week so i didnt expect much. I ordered a 12 ounce strip medium well and my date ordered an 8 ounce strip. I recieved a ribeye and her strip was rare. The waitress told me she though my ribeye was a strip. My girlfriend sent hers back and recieved a new one. I waited to eat my ribeye when her strip came out. I never asked for money off the bill but was sure we were eating for free. Suprize, our waitress took a dollar of the bill because i got a ribey. My problem is not with a grand opening that has some problems. I am highly insulted that they did not offer a free meal. Very unproffesional. If they did i would have gave the waitress a very good tip. (I used to work in resteraunts) however they did not and i tipped her about $2.50. Sorry, but rethink your career choice! They only get a star for the quality of the chain and future potential of this location
