The service was very slow. Once we were seated it took a long time to have our order taken. They brought salads for the couple that was with us. None for my husband and I. We asked for ours
Now normal I do not like Applebee's. I have not always gotten good service or even good food. But when it comes to providing a great meal to Veterans they deliver. My Husband and Father both got a great meal for free as well a $5 off coupon on their next meal. I loved the BBQ brisket tacos I got. They where amazing!
I simply Love Applebee's, our waitress Erin was super nice. I had the $1 LIT and it was tasty. I ordered off the New Steak topper menu. Garlic and herb butter with loaded mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. My other half had the Bourbon street Chicken and shrimp with red potatoes. Delicious
They brought the entree for the other couple then ours came. The server said he had not been notified to pick up our salads. My husband had ordered onion rings that we never got. When we asked that they be removed from the bill he said that he had not placed the order for them. The food was good but the service was poor.
Waited 30 min to get a table when they had at least 10 open that would have held our family, daughter's burger was to be well done it was medium/rare. Husband's $20 12oz steak plate was smaller than our kids menu plate and we'll done when ordered medium/rare. Waited 15 min for a refill, kids got wrong drink back after a refill. Over all worst visit to Applebee's we spent $80 and would have spent $100 with tip.... terrible location to visit.
I am always pleasantly surprised by my service here. Drinks are consistent and food is consistently hot and delicious. Shout out to the staff for always telling me what they have on tap when I can't remember from last time.
