The manager here was very courteous and helpful when it came to my order online being sent to the wrong location during my lunch hour. Since I wasn't able to go an retrieve it from a much further location. She was able to accommodate by offering me a discount on my new order. Thanks.

You guys are a joke, rude and very stingy with the amounts of food. Compared to every other Chipotle ive been to I got about half what I normally do. Even when I asked for double meat to get more and pay you guys for it, I got literally 3 more pieces. Not even kidding. You are the worst Chipotle I've ever been too.

I've always loved Chipotle's food, but I also go for the environment. While the food was good, as always, the service wasn't. There were 2 girls that were very kind, then 2 guys and 1 girl that seemed very unenthusiastic to be at their jobs. I said we wanted to eat there, the guy gave us to go tops anyways, and I watched him make a guy's burrito bowl completely wrong, after hearing what he asked for, because he was too busy talking to his friend. Needless to say, I'll be continuing to go to the one in Perrysburg, or I'll try to one in Holland. This was Saturday night.
