I was very disappointed in service. Every aspect of Rally's waited in line due to being trapped with no way out of line. Waiting for microphone service and once I got to order taking I was told to hold. Only ordered French Fries. Wasn't worth it's wait and satisfaction was had on any levels.
I stopped counting how many minutes I waited in line after 30, Defeating the whole purpose of fast food.
Every single time I go to rally's it's fresh and on point. This was my first time visiting the rally's on that side of town and I am very disappointed. My fries aren't warm and my apple pie doesn't have the cinnamon on it
We ordered through the drive thru. It took over ten minutes to receive our food. The food was hot and fresh. They messed up the order but corrected it in a timely fashion. No compensation was offered for the time it took or the mistake that was made.
Horrible customer service. The manager Winston or whatever his name is needs not to be a manager he is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. Y'all need to hire better employees. Never eating rally's again
