Dropped in on business trip - Theron (owner) is a great guy! Super nice/clean gym with great coaches. First drop-in was free! Highly recommend Glass City Crossfit if you are looking for a good workout!
The staff is very knowledgable and the facility is well maintained. Far and away one of the best Crossfit and fitness facilities I have ever visited.
You can check out the other crossfit boxes in the area or you can save time and hassle and just come here. Staff is great and works with anyone at any level to achieve and succeed. Facilities are big, open and loaded with great equipment. Whether you are dropping in or looking to advance your fitness goals (whatever they may be) this is place for you!
