This is the cleanest and friendliest gym I've ever been a member of. Really great staff and management takes great care of this place! Equipment is in great condition and I always get great workouts. Highly recommended!
Staff is extremely helpful. There is a variety of up to date equipment. They offer a wide window of hours of operation. I recommend fitness 19!!
Great place to workout! Very nice and supportive trainers as well. You can't beat their low prices!
Small gym with a treadmill, weight lifting section, small area to work out with weight machines. Just enough to have a good workout. They do have a changing area to switch into work out clothes. No swimming pool. Only the basic equipment. That's it!
I joined a couple months ago but haven't made it back. I'm looking forward finally starting my fitness routine at this gym. The place was spotless and the staff very friendly. Definitely a smaller gym but they offer a lot of equipment options and I read they are having classes available too!
