Thank you to Bob and his staff for figuring out the problem with my 1983 Shelby Charger. They worked hard and were very patient with me as they determined the problem. We realized the car with limited miles still had the original tires. After new tires were placed on the car it drives like a dream. Thank you again for the great work. It is greatly appreciated.
This location provides great service in an industry where the principles of customer service are typically inexistent. Bob was a pleasure to work with, and both Bob and Paul were completely transparent with me showing me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle's exhaust system and how much it would cost to repair. I could not afford the major work at that moment, but they were never pushy and did not use fear tactics. They listened to me and understood my concerns. I would recommend anyone in the area go to this Midas location.
I have been coming to Midas on Alexis for 4 years now, and I won't go anywhere else. I moved last year and I drive from Holland area all the way out to West Toledo, just because I like the service. Bob is so personable and always in a great mood. Best customer service ever!

Exceptional mechanics, a really great team of guy's. I have taken my car, and my family cars here for years, they always do good work. Many times they have gone over and beyond to repair my car.
