I've never been so disrespected by a professional in my life. I called for a quote and see if I could maybe swing by today and get my service needs taken care of today and was made to feel stupid and belittled by Sean at the central location. I WILL BE TAKING MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Sad atmosphere for such a new location....
I feel like we got screwed over when we could least afford it. Our car was towed over to AAA to get looked at. We were told that it was a starter and it was going to be over 530 dollar to fix. We feel like we didn't have a choice because we had it towed already. They charged 398.00 just for the starter and 89.00 for install. The starter should only be about 200 for a bosch starter. I will never use them or tell any one to go to them. I understand they need to mark up a little on parts but 398 is taking advantage of people when they need it done. I'm very disappointed that they would do that.
