I've always found this bookstore the best of the best! I went to BN the first time I needed books, for my first semester, they didn't have a book I needed and a student told me to check Rockets Bookstore for the missing materials, I did and found that they were significantly cheaper than any of the other bookstores for the books needed for my classes. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well as figuring out any problems with the schedule. Twice I've gotten the book written in the syllabus, and had to take it back for a new book the instructor changed to at the last minute and the owner ordered the needed book right away. They are definitely attentive and very patient, they are the most helpful staff I've run across in a long time, since they've been so good to me, I have become a loyal customer and won't go to any other bookstore for my college materials.

Overpriced, but every campus bookstore will be. Cheaper than the main bookstore.
I buy all my books online, so I can't speak to the experience of book buying here in particular, but they've got plenty of UT stuff that always makes for great gifts and great ways to show off school spirit. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can get a little pricey. They do often have coupons and discounts though, so it is much better than the Barnes and Noble bookstore on campus
