Went in here for th email new 2017 keepsake Santa from Scotland and the ladies had no idea what I was looking for needless first and last time I will go here.
They have a great store but I will probably not return all because of one worker. I was paying for my merchandise (which was $40.00 for 2 items) I mentioned I was a hallmark employee and not the worker that was helping me but the other one behind the counter asked where at so i said I stock cards at different stores and her reaction was "**rude chuckle** you have to work at werners hallmark stores to get a discount. Nice try!" I never once said anything about a discount which I know we don't get at them stores so she had absolutely no reason to respond to me like she did. Customer service makes the whole store and with that rude woman working there i will not return.
They have very nice gifts and so much more than just a card shop... Friendly curtious staff... And you get points and discounts

This is a spectacular store full of holiday apprpriate gifts. Both higher end as well as less expensive. Sales associates are courteous and helpful. These types of stores should be patronized so we don't lose them.
