I don't know where to begin! The store and its employee's are amazing! They are helpful knowledgeable, and super friendly. Probably the best pet store in the Area!

I love the PetPeople near Akron, and was SO excited when I stopped by there last fall and they told me a Pet People was coming to Toledo! I have been to this new location several times since opening, and I have to tell you that the one thing that really shines at this PetPeople - More than the great natural product selection - is the STAFF! I've encountered 7 or 8 employees, and every single one of them has been enthusiastic, passionate and just seemed SO happy to be there working with customers! They seemed genuinely excited about my pets and my passions, and it's always so great to meet people as completely enthused as I am. I'm definitely making this my primary pet supply store, and you should too! (And you get to feel good about shopping at a place that doesn't support mass animal breeding operations and supports other local businesses, so there's that!)
Alex always insists on carrying my dog food to me car too haha. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always interested in a conversation and not just cashing me out. Highly reccommended
Friendly & knowledgeable staff, clean store, and well organized. The only thing keeping me away is the lack of selection. But it's definitely a higher end store for better quality pet foods. Unfortunately they don't carry the particular Wellness variety that I feed my cats.
I was in the area and decided to stop in and check it out. I was impressed, I didn't get to see the whole store since I was in a hurry but what I did see I loved. The cashier was amazing, so happy, friendly and enthusiastic. I got a big dog pretzel cookie from the front and my dog absolutely loved it, got several free samples too. I will definitely be back when I have more time to check out the whole store.
