Horrible company to work with. Once they got my money they stopped answering my phone calls. We had numerous problems with are pool. (1) pool was wrong size (smaller than contract). (2) pool lights off center. (3) skimmers uneven. (4) coping had to be cut down by my concrete contractor (due to dreamscapes employees not installing forms properly). (5) coping cracked within 24 hrs.(6) pool was built 8 foot closer to house per contract design. (7) one out of the two deep end swim outs is crooked. (8) have not installed tiles on the inside of the skimmers (9) no support by dreamscapes on pool chemistry after pool was switched to salt by them. Dreamscapes and its owner (Remy Genot) refuses to correct any of our above problems or refund any portion of our payment. This company is a nightmare buyer beware if you hire them.
This company has been horrible to work with. They started our pool in July as well and have not completed it. They have avoided phone calls, been rude when they have dealt with us, have not come when they said they were going to come multiple times. They want payments according to a very strict draw schedule, and they will be calling you as soon as the draw is due, but once you pay them you will never see them again. They promise so much more then they deliver. It is disturbing to see that during the same time period they were treating us so poorly and totally ignoring our job, they were doing such fabulous work for the rest of these customers. They have not honored their contract with us. I wish we had never heard of Dreamscapes.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Obviously they must have been working on all your pools while they were doing ours. They started in July and still aren't done with it. We've made multiple attempts to reach owner and no response. If anyone is thinking about using this company Chaco the better business bureau website. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
If you are viewing these reviews to help make a decision of which pool company to you, I advise you to keep looking. This company obviously CAN do a good job and they CAN have good customer service. They also can choose not to, which is what happened to me. After we signed a contract with them, dealing the the Dreamscapes staff was infuriating at best. If you are one of the customers they decide not to devote their time and attention to, getting them to complete their job with become your full-time job. Are you willing to take that risk
I contacted dreamscapes pools store for a quote on a pool heater in the beginning of the summer. I was told I would be contacted with a price later in the day, nut I never got the call.
