Our tenant called to say the shower faucet didn't work. I work out of town, the wife works between 40 and 50 miles from the rental house, so we needed someone quick to go in and fix it. Ace Plumbing showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and went about fixing it. They also determined that the sump pump in the basement was no longer functioning, so they changed out pump and got that back in service. Lastly, they noticed the hot water tank leaks. Probably should since it was in the house when I bought it in 1986. Anyway we deferred that until the tenants decided to move. We are having the tank replaced, and of course, I called Ace to do the work. Quality, quick work, and the right price. Who could ask for anything more?
Very happy with ACE. Brandon was on time and efficient on a tough leak job that had to be coordinated with water turn-off by the City. And he didn't complain about having to get into my dirty crawl space! They came up with a solution that was different from what I had planned, and reduced the charges below the quote. Nice people too. I have used ACE before and will continue to do so.
After almost four years in this house with enough water pressure in the shower to remind you of sixth grade camp, I am happy to report that all is well! Josh and partner were polite, honest, and thorough. We now have a working bathtub and a shower with good flow. Best money I've spent in a long time! And as an added bonus, after the job was completed, they went under the house to glue a pipe that was loose and there was no extra charge. Would recommend this company without hesitation!
