Was nice place but didnt have pull. Behind trailer like i was to be picking up. Main people sent me to wrong place.
The staff and the manager Tracy were very nice and offered us free blankets to cover our things, even extended our drop off time to the next morning because it had been raining off and on all day. I had an overall great experience!
Absolutely terrible. No on answers the phone or has notified the patrons that you have to go up the street to get someone to come to the unit. Ridiculous.
Went to new location to get a trailer hitch for my suv. Two ladies at counter never acknowledged us and the store was empty. We looked around a minute and finally approached the counter. Got a dry can I help you without looking up. Then nothing, she started talking to other lady behind counter. My husband and I just walked out to go somewhere else.
The young lady there was great friendly and polite and very help full it was a great experience i would go back again. Dave snyder
