When I called to talk to uhaul. They gave me the run around and were very rude.
I rented a truck to move a chair that my fiancé and I had bought.
Total mixup on direction but this place was pretty good.
Uhaul is a joke . I rented a trailer and the tire blew and they told me i had to unload my trailer after I waited 2 hours for a repair man to show up that was very incompetent. I was also told I had to rent another trailer full price . Another thing I was told if I didn't unload the trailer right away I would be charged with theft . What a joke ! Horrible business
Chad and Paula were extremely helpful to me during one of the most difficult times in my life, and I appreciate their service. Thank you all.
They owed me 37 dollars and they "said" they refunded but my bank has no record and I talked to their corporate office.
Everything went well and the people were nice until it came to get my refund.
Very friendly and the vehicle was in great shape. I would go here again.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
