They have the best cheesey bread around..at a decent price
royals pizza is the goat. their chicken wet burritos are my favorite ever. the staff is delightful. their brownies kick ass as well. thank u royals ~
I placed an order with Royal Pizza on 06/17/2014 at 6:51 pm using Beyond Menu. At 7:53 I called the restaurant directly about the status of my order. I was told that it was "out for delivery". Twenty minutes went by and my order had not arrived yet. I was again told that it was "on it's way". The person on the phone blamed it on the fact that the order was online and that it took them 20 minutes to receive the order. I have ordered with Beyond Menu plenty of times in the past and have never had it take this long to receive my order, so I was not buying what they were selling. 10 minutes passed and I had not received my order yet. It is now 8:23, and an hour and a half after I placed my order. I called again. Again I was told that my order was on it's way. I expressed with them that I was furious as this is now the second time I had called about my order. I told them if I did not receive my order in 10 minutes that I wanted a refund. Given that my food was "on the way" now for a half hour, I assumed that it would be soggy and cold. Another 10 minutes passed and I called the restaurant again, an hour and 40 minutes after I placed my order. I was told again that it was "on it's way", and again they blamed it on the fact that I ordered online. At this point I was passed to the manager. The manager reinforced that it was "on it's way" and again blamed it on using this online service. When I demanded a refund he informed me that he could not refund my order because it had to be done through your service. At this point my order finally arrived. As predicted the food was so soggy that even the napkins inside the bag were WET. My cheese sticks were warm at best, I have eaten pasta that was more firm than my french fries, and my burger was so dry I had to guzzle down the Diet Pepsi I ordered. I would have loved to have drank the 2nd Diet Pepsi I ordered, but sadly it was not included in my order. Needless to say I have never been more disappointing with Beyond Menu and this restaurant.
Worst place ive ever ordered from .. order placed at 6:50pm , had to pick it up at 9pm after being told twice it would be on its way ... still wasnt ready til 9:25 an was cold .. when i asked for a refund i was told "they dont do that" Never will we ordr here again
The best pizza around. We come here every week. Have had their subs which are also excellent. They have quite an extensive menu. The Royal bread is delicious. Locally owned and operated. Highly recommend.
