This location is usually pretty fast and accurate when you are ordering in person. However, I have ordered online multiple times and they can never quite seem to get that order right. I'm not usually one to complain especially having worked fast food myself, but I just had to scrape the mayo off of the sandwhich that I specifically ordered because the recipe has no mayo on it and that was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
Store was clean (especially the bathrooms!!!), service was friendly, and the food was phenomenal! Highly recommended
While having dinner I Had another customer come up to me and my teenage Daughter saying he wanted to read us something. While someone he was with started taping my child without asking, without explaining why. It was very loud inside and I could not hear what he was saying. I asked them to please leave us alone. The employees saw them and did nothing. I later called and spoke to the manager of the store. He stated they had asked to film there a few months ago. He stated he was not responsible for what they were doing. I can't believe that they would allow customers to be harassed without any reason on their property without knowing what it was about. Very upset and angry. We will not be eating there again and since it's on a college campus I will be addressing that as well.
Our Rite Aid gets food delivered from this location several times a week; order is always right (a lot of unique, item-add on orders), good customer service, fast and friendly delivery consistently
Best place ever (better than burger king) and sub#12 is the best!
