It's literally a mom and pop shop. I needed to get a fireplace fan fixed. They tried to fix it, but after bringing it home the problem returned. They refunded the repair price and ordered a brand new fan for me. While there I got an idea for a tool for a fire pit and they have an in-house fabricator who worked with me on the design. He underquoted it originally but didn't charge me a nickel more in the end. Very friendly and fair people there. Try them first for fireplace needs.

Excellent service. They helped me get new doors for 1980's fireplace when other shops told me it wasn't possible. They also converted my wood burning fp to gas. I have recommended them to others.
