Pressure washer was there for almost a month. He never looked at it. I picked it up, took it elsewhere, and it was fixed in two days. Very unprofessional. And I am one not to write this sort of review.
This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They tell lie after lie to cover their last lie. They take your money immediately and then you wait for months for anything to get fixed. They actually talk to you like you are stupid and no nothing. When you confront them with the issues they make up a story why they could'nt fix your appliance. PLEASE do your self a favor and don't hire them so that you don't spend your time as frustrated as I have been. This company has no morals and no shame when it comes to customer satisfaction and getting the job completed that they were paid for.
absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. I didn't want to give them a star but I couldn't write a review without it. Trying to get stove fixed for over 2 months, came out and looked at it, left the screws on my counter and left, showed up over a month later without an appointment and tried to fix it, but they broke the new part. Ordered another new part and over a month later they scheduled an appointment and didn't show up because they forgot to put the part on their truck and decided to go to a different customer house (their words) . Just so annoyed with this company... don't use them!!!!
I called Broadway Sales during their extensive move to Bowling Green, Ohio and they answered me immediately. I asked them to fix my Bissell vacuum cleaner, and they fixed it the same day. I strongly recommend everyone comes here if you want a quick and easy repair.
I used this company through my 2-10 warranty service. They came out and diagnosed the problem for my washer. They seemed fine at first. I scheduled an appointment when they called after ordering the parts. The day they were supposed to come out they missed the window that they gave me so I called and they said that they weren't coming out because all the parts didn't come in. They scheduled my appointment for the day that the parts were supposed to arrive at their shop!!! Shouldn't you have parts in hand before scheduling something. I had to take off work to be there for the service and they didn't even call to tell me that they weren't coming! So unprofessional!! So we rescheduled for a specific time, not a time window. They were a half hour late so I called to see where they were and they said that they wouldn't be there until 10. I had to reschedule again, because I had to go to work. They didn't call again to tell me they were going to be late. They lie to you! Don't trust what they say either because when I called to ask them where they were they tried to say that they said they would be there before 11am. The man I spoke with specifically said that they would be there at 8:30. They were rude to me and my husband about this. It was so unprofessional. Hopefully our washer gets fixed soon! Thankfully the warranty company made a note on our file to never use them again!
