Their staff is so friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a watermelon but was worried because it's hard to pick a good one. I've wasted more money on bad ones so the guy in the produce department cut one open to let me try it. It was wonderful so I bought it. Thank you Kroger :-) customer satisfaction is your #1 priority.
Worst grocery store ever, employees are all lazy and don't do anything, and if you need to cash a check, Good luck, 9 times put of 10 they won't, and that's if you have to stand in the customer service line for at least 30mins while the slowest person ever works behind the counter. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different location because this one is the worst.
Clean and well stocked. I prefer kroger over any other grocery store.
Cashier was convinced I was using a photocopied coupon for an item. I tried explaining it was a pdf coupon and therefore they all had the same barcode but she kept saying she wouldn't except it because it's a copied coupon.
First it took 15 minutes for anyone in the deli to acknowledge us then they said they couldn't fry up any chicken for another hour then when we ordered some strawberry fluff the clerk pulled something out of the container thru it in the garbage then proceed to dish our order up we refused it because I don't know what was thrown away we continued on with our shopping when we were in the frozen food area 3 people were working which was fine except one yelled at the click list person for being in his way and she was not then the 3 employees complained loudly how someone doesn’t know there job or how to order and they were going to have to work harder today because of it
