The freshest produce in the area. Has a fresh and large variety of baked goods and also a meat counter. You can get a sandwich or a slice of pizza and eat it in their cafe area.
Fresh Thyme isn't so "fresh". I can't tell you how many times I came home with vegetables that quickly rotted or meat that isn't fresh, right out of the case. And the store manager is atrocious. He's not helpful, confrontational and defensive if you say anything. There are much better places to grocery shop.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only do they have the best fresh produce, but they also have all my fave organic + GF products. They even have an area that's amazing to bring your computer to work with plenty of seating + power plugs + good music! I do yoga next door, and then come to Fresh Thyme, get a kombucha + snack item and work away for hours here. It's the best + all the workers are really nice and friendly
Fresh Thyme is my store of choice when I come home to visit family.
My customer experience was awesome until I got in line to check out on this past Friday 12.23. I guess she must've been the head cashier. I was in line behind a Caucasian female and she told the lady in front of me she was the last person because the cashier was going to lunch. She did not acknowledge me until i said what "about me", she says you can go to another line. I went to her line and told her she was wrong. She said I told you you can go to another line. I said to her know you didn't say anthing until i brought it your attention that you didnt acknowledge me. It was disrespectful and rude!! Its customer service and experience that can make or destroy your business and the customer journey!! Will share with others my experience not sure if I will return!! Hope this is a teachable moment.
