Just moved into our new home. Looking online at several different pieces of furniture. Walked into the Toledo Franklin Park location with a smile on my face and hoping for some suggestions before placing my order. While several employees were in the store not one greeted or asked if they could assist me. Stayed about 10 minutes disappointed. If I purchase from pottery barn it will only be online.
I love walking through here. Don't think I've every bought anything...
