I am so thankful for Dale-Riggs they took AMAZING carr of my family in one of the worst times of our family when we lost or mother Hildred Brock. I would recommend Dale-Riggs to anyone and everyone who is going through a loss in there family!!!
They did a great job with my father Dennis L Brown. They made him look like he did years before he was sick and I thank them for that..He looked great.
The company has been in business for a number of years...at least 30+ years, so encountering an environment with faded valences, plastic flower arrangements (that were dated) and cluttered display cases/ spaces was very off-putting. This facility is located in a very old neighborhood, where it's population is mostly senior citizens, and lower wage earning families.
I would never recommend this funeral facility to anyone!

They made our family feel special and we definitely thank them for the great service during our time of need. I love the family oriented treatment will only deal with them in Toledo... PERIOD!!!
NOTHING about the funeral parlor was modernized. It was dark and reflected out dated styles. No modern technology for contracts, no direct communication to the business manager (only visible computer is with the receptionist), no credit card capabilities for payment ease...
I fear for families that do have a voice and do not know how to advocate for better economics and good customer service.
When there's a lost of a loved one, especially a parent or a spouse, those closest are vulnerable and in need of guidance and even protection. While presenting as sympathetic, the owner continued to inflate costs; and when "called-out" on it, became aggressive and combative--: interfacing with the business owner was very disturbing!
